We are pleased to announce the addition of our Integrative Wellness Studio at Greenleaf STT.
We have found that combining movement therapy increases the results from manual therapy applied in the treatment room. Many of our clients come to us with chronic pain or complicated conditions that can make entering a traditional gym or yoga studio an intimidating endeavor. Therefore, we have created a neutral space that is accepting and adaptive to all body types, levels of ability, and free of judgment. We strive to encourage you in seeking out what you CAN do, rather than having the comparative mindset about what you may be unable to do. Our primary focus is joint health: increasing mobility, improving body awareness, tension relief, and providing a supportive space for you to grow in wellness. It is our goal to inspire you to find the edge of motion and work within a comfortable range without experiencing or exacerbating pain. Through honoring yourself first, you can feel confident in exploring sensations of stretch and incrementally build strength with the various levels of classes that we offer.

This service begins with meditative Sound Therapy to help clear your mind, followed by a peppermint Scalp Massage with marble cold stones placed on the eyes. Continuing through with a full body Deep Therapeutic Swedish massage, we incorporate table stretching into the routine to increase longevity of muscle tension relief. The session concludes with a peppermint rosemary Foot Scrub, hot towels on the feet, & working out all stress to the tips of your toes!
