I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since June 2015. Before my career, I primarily worked in the mental health field. In noticing there that physical pain can exacerbate symptoms, it led me to enjoy working with clients who experience chronic pain, complicated conditions or auto immune disorders. In 2018, I opened Greenleaf STT to serve the Slate Belt community and help as many of our neighbors as possible out of pain. While I have, as of January 2022, taken a step back in order to focus on managing the business, other talented and passionate LMT's have joined our team. They are skilled, experienced, and highly capable to be a catalyst for healing in those with muscle and joint tension. Thank you for choosing us for your massage therapy needs.
I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since October 2019. I am passionate about the holistic benefits that this line of work provides as an alternative to pain management. I’m proficient in Swedish, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, Facial, and Clinical techniques. Massage Therapy to me means much more than a career; it means to have compassion, care and understanding. Every session with me is customized to the client’s wants and needs. I incorporate stretches and range of motion exercises to maximize efforts for wellness. I strive for every client of mine to feel better than what they did before coming into our sessions. I look forward to improving and growing as a therapist to better serve you!
I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since June 2015. For as long as I can remember, I've had an interest in the healing arts, which led me to study holistic approaches to health. Through the course of my career, I explored a diverse range of educational experiences and have gravitated toward lighter touch modalities. Therapeutic touch can be a powerful remedy for decreasing symptoms of pain, relieving stress, and restoring harmony and well-being. Specializing in Access Bar Therapy and Facial Massage services, my goal is for clients to feel supported, renewed and balanced in a safe and nurturing environment. I look forward to being a part of your wellness journey.
I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since August 2012. I went to McCann School of Business & Technology after I graduated from high school. I cannot see myself doing any other career. I am very passionate about helping people to heal. Every session is unique, and the massage is tailored to the person on the table. My favorite massage to give is Deep Tissue because I love to see the results with each client. I am continually learning new techniques every chance I get to help those in need. I truly believe taking the holistic approach is the best way to heal.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since June 2021. I graduated from Massage Academy of the Poconos. I have a background in cosmetology, elder care and housekeeping. I’ve always been passionate about helping others and I do what I can to make a difference. I believe taking a holistic approach to wellness is vital to begin the natural healing process of the human body. I am proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. I look forward to learning more techniques and new modalities as I develop in my career. It is a great pleasure to be part of the team here at Greenleaf and I'm very excited to be serving the members of our community.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since April 2021. I graduated from the Academy of Massage and Bodyworks in Pottstown. I am fully qualified to provide Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports massage that include a postural assessment, stretching, resistance, and range of motion techniques. After nearly 20 years of dealing with the stress of working at a desk job full-time, I decided it was time to make a change to help myself and others. I am committed to providing you with a high-quality, relaxing, and healing massage experience. I am excited to help you and Greenleaf reach the goal of a healthier life. It is my promise to you to help you feel your best.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since July 2017 and I graduated from Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy. Growing up my mom always asked me to rub her shoulders or back. She would tell me what a great job I did and how much it helped her. Then later on suggested that I could do massage therapy for a living. I thought she was crazy, and I said, "that's not a real job!". Boy was I wrong! It's very important to me that my client is comfortable from start of the session to the end. I give a natural deep pressure massage and take great pride in ensuring that my client is receiving the most effective session for their body and mind. I'm looking forward to working with Greenleaf and you!
I love everything about Greenleaf from Marissa and her staff to the environment. All the therapists really care about your health and problem areas and focus on what you need. I will never go anywhere else for a massage as long as I live near Bangor.

I had the 60-minute Facial Massage with a 30-minute Swedish Massage added on. It was truly a unique experience! I've been very fortunate to experience many different spa treatments. Jessica at Greenleaf was a game changer! Didn't realize I had such tension in my forearms and hands until she recommended treatment in those areas. Already rebooked for next month.

Scheduled an Access Bar Therapy appt. A friend had one and recommended it so wanted to try. Did not really know what to expect going in. Arlene was awesome. The process itself for me was enlightening and educational. As when she touched different areas of my head my thoughts would change. Things came to mind that no longer served me and I was able to let go. After I asked if touching different areas was related to different things and she happily explained. After she touched my head, feet and hands I could feel the energy through my body as it tingled. Will definitely recommend and will definitely return.

"Recently had a massage from Ray. Perfect balance of massage with some very effective stretches. He worked out stubborn knots that have caused me discomfort for some time. Highly recommend Ray. Greenleaf is a top-notch establishment."

I loved the convenience of online booking. You can also pay online which was awesome because there is nothing worse than figuring out how much to tip your therapist while you have “massage brain” lol. I had Jessica who was wonderful. She took the time to talk with me beforehand and figure out my issues and preferences. The massage was fantastic. Jessica is very knowledgeable and professional. I left feeling loosened up and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Greenleaf.

I recently went to Greenleaf Soft Tissue Therapy for an Access Bar Therapy appointment with Arlene. I jumped in without looking and didn’t know what to expect. I had no idea what access bar therapy was or the impact it would have. I fell asleep for about an hour while Arlene gently touched points on my head. When I woke up the session was over. I gathered myself and found myself totally relaxed and my mind was not racing as it typically does. I’m still not sure what exactly access bar therapy is, but I can’t wait for my next appointment. It unwound my mind, the constant thoughts and to-do list lifted away. And a constant nagging pain in my shoulder has nearly disappeared. It was a truly relaxing one hour that is a must in self-care everyone needs.

I had my first massage a few weeks ago with Ray. It was awesome! He knew just where to work out all knots that have been there a long time. Ray was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I will definitely make an appointment soon.

I've gotten quite a few massages in the past and never really cared to continue going regularly, but I scheduled my next monthly appointment with Jessica with NO HESITATION after my massage with her yesterday. She listened to my concerns and addressed my problem areas, and I am so looking forward to going back for my next massage in June!! Also, huge thank you to Danielle for getting me in so quickly!
- Jennifer B. 5/21/21
Had the [Tip to Toes] Facial Massage with Arlene yesterday. Absolutely wonderful! With all the craziness going on right now this was the perfect way to chill. Arlene’s skilled technique had me relaxed in no time and the skin care products smelled heavenly. And with the hand, foot, neck and shoulder massage that were part of the service it was hard to get off the table at the end. Thank you, Arlene and Greenleaf. I’ll be back for more!

Great atmosphere, clean space, and the best customer service in person. The massages are always professional, relaxing and everything you ask for in your consultation. They really listen to what you want and make sure that your health and relaxation is priority without ever rushing through it. Bridget is absolutely wonderful. I recommend stopping in during the office hours, as it come sometimes be tough to get anyone on the phone. Street parking.

I've been getting professional massage for (22) years. Greenleaf is my greatest experience. Warmest, most friendly and talented staff. Their skill level and knowledge of your need is off the chart. Entire staff, "top-shelf." Jessica is in a class of her own. If you live nearby.... why go anywhere else? Don't miss out.
- Art D. 3/1/22
Caring & talented, simply the best! I always leave feeling SO much better than when I came in and can't wait for my next appointment! Arlene is such a gift! I'm SO happy I've found Greenleaf ... it's a way of better living and will be, for me, for a very long time.

I have a special medical history which includes a serious past injury to my back, therefore it is important that the right massage therapist provides any tissue massage. Here, I found the perfect match. A caring, compassionate and experienced therapist who "knew what she was doing" and was very attuned to my response. Highly recommended.
